Descrição: The opening quote was taken from a letter addressed to President Lula by the Landless Movement (Movimento dos Sem Terra-MST), on October 26, 2005, at the end of the People's Assembly. It illustrates what has happened to agrarian policies during the years of Lula's administration, which generated a great deal of frustration among grassroots movements that expected the implementation of a massive agrarian reform.
