Descrição: The purpose of this article is to discuss possible actions to be implemented by the Land Plotters in its residential, so you can make projects compatible with the concepts of sustainability. The methodology was the literature through the deductive method, and will also be based at the company's experiences Ellenco Empreendimentos Ltda, one loteadora, which is intended to implement residential projects in the state of Sao Paulo, in order to identify the design blending with sustainable features of the company. The research objective is to present the actions required for the design of a sustainable housing development. It was possible to identify a set of 18 actions in pro sustainability which may be deployed in a residential.
