  • Descrição: O planejamento original do Distrito Federal e sua construcao nao levaram em consideracao a expansao urbana para alem do Plano Piloto. Dessa forma, a expansao do uso territorial ocorreu atraves de processos conhecidos como urbanizacao dispersa, cujo efeito principal foi a segregacao da populacao vulneravel economicamente da regiao central. Alem disso, o incentivo migratorio e a falta de fiscalizacao fomentaram o surgimento de ocupacoes informais em todas as partes do Distrito Federal. Alem da implicacao da protecao ambiental, a permanencia da populacao em ocupacoes informais esta em desacordo com as indicacoes de moradia adequada. Nesse sentido, os objetivos de desenvolvimento sustentavel da Agenda 2030 da Organizacao das Nacoes Unidas informam as iniciativas necessarias para tornar as cidades mais justas e sustentaveis. The original planning and construction of the Federal District did not take into account urban expansion beyond the Pilot Plan. Thus, the expansion of land use occurred through processes known as dispersed urbanization, the main effect of which was the segregation of the economically vulnerable population from the central region. In addition, the incentive to migrate and the lack of supervision have encouraged the emergence of informal occupations in all parts of the Federal District. In addition to the implications for environmental protection, the permanence of the population in informal occupations is at odds with the indications of adequate housing. In this sense, the sustainable development goals of the United Nations' Agenda 2030 inform the initiatives needed to make cities fairer and more sustainable. La planeacion y construccion original del Distrito Federal no tomo en cuenta la expansion urbana mas alla del Plan Piloto. Asi, la expansion del uso del suelo ocurrio a traves de procesos conocidos como urbanizacion dispersa, cuyo principal efecto fue la segregacion de la poblacion economicamente vulnerable de la region central. Ademas, el incentivo a la migracion y la falta de fiscalizacion favorecieron el surgimiento de ocupaciones informales en todas las regiones del Distrito Federal. Ademas de las implicaciones para la proteccion ambiental, la permanencia de la poblacion en ocupaciones informales esta renida con las indicaciones de vivienda adecuada. En este sentido, los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible de la Agenda 2030 de las Naciones Unidas informan las iniciativas necesarias para hacer ciudades mas justas y sostenibles.
