Descrição: While exploring an environment, every individual experiences a natural space oriented process known as wayfinding. Through this process are considered internal factors--those in which we rely from our human condition, and external factors--the stimuli provided by the environment itself. Due to the understanding that only the external factors can be designed and manipulated, we analyze in this paper both of its dimensions--Architecture and Design--while influencing and collaborating aspects of the individual navigating and orientation process. These findings are put together by practical perspective through a proposition of an evaluation instrument towards wayfinding in environments.
