  • Descrição: Audits cancer management pathways for patients with gynaecological cancers in Northland in order to evaluate whether there has been an improvement compared to previous audit periods and to look for differences between ethnicities. Assesses how Northland DHB is performing with regards to the targets defined in the Standards of Service Provision for Gynaecological Cancer Patients and the Ministry of Health Faster Cancer Treatment (FCT) targets. Ascertains whether there has been an improvement in service provision following initiatives implemented since the previous audit period.. Identifies where delays are occurring along the cancer care pathway. Assesses equity of service provision between ethnicities, namely Māori and non-Māori.
