Notas: Objective To explore the influence of continuous nursing on self-management ability and qualityof life in patients treated with maintenance hemodialysis （MHD）. Methods Sixty-eight MHD patients treated in Hemo-dialysis Room of Xiaogan Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology between June 2015 andMay 2017 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table, the patients were divided intoobservation group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was given continuing nursing intervention for 6 months based on routine nursing. The changesof self-management behavior questionnaire score and SF-36 comprehensive score were compared between the twogroups before and after intervention. Descrição: 目的探讨延续性护理对维持性血液透析（MHD）患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响。方法选择2015年6月至2017年5月期间于武汉科技大学附属孝感医院血透室治疗的68例MHD患者为研究对象，根据随机数表法分为观察组与对照组，每组34例，对照组患者予常规护理，观察组在此基础上予延续性护理服务，干预时间为6个月。比较两组患者干预前后自我管理行为问卷评分与SF-36综合评分的变化。结果干预后，观察组患者的自我管理行为问卷评分与SF-36综合评分分别为（72.3±10.5）分、（60.9±8.4）分，明显高于对照组的（65.2±6.8）分、（54.8±6.7）分，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对维持性血液透析患者进行延续性护理干预，可以明显提高患者的自我管理能力和生活质量。
