  • Descrição: To achieve success in a project management metodology implementation process in a big sized financial organization it is necessary to define clearly the chekcpoints of this journey. A prerequisite is the top management support to the project, from this point on, it is possible to begin the work looking for te creation of a cultural change and all the implementation and the training of the resources involded, but it is important to keep some techniques in order to maintain the people involved committed and engaged in this change of the way of work. This technical report aims to demonstrate the process of implementation of a project management methodology with little knowledge in project management, identifying the key techniques used to decrease the resistance on the methodology's implementation. As a result of this case of success, it should be noted: initial methodology procedures followed, training procedures differentiated by hierarchical and knowledge levels, the creation of projects workshops, a closer to the project management office development of scheduling and deployment processes.
