Descrição: The introduction of the "Ich AG" (single person corporation) at the beginning of 2003 has led increasingly to the establishment of an own autonomous corporate model. It combines various concepts of individual freedom as well as independence from prescribed socio-economic structures allowing for personal self-realization on the one hand, with risks and constraints requiring a significant sense of individual responsibility on the other. Given this polarity this new form of entrepreneurship tends to become a continuous process of self-assertion and self-compromise.[PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
