Descrição: Orientation This study aimed to explore senior academics' experiences of leadership behaviours at a South African higher education institution, extracting their experiences of positive and negative behaviours. In this study, a qualitative descriptive design was employed to investigate the experiences and perspectives of 14 senior academics.
