RESULTSIncidental occurrence of high grade serous tubal adenocarcinoma has been detected in patient after vaginal hysterectomy with bilateral adnexectomy and anterior colporhaphy. CONCLUSIONCase report confirms the importance of prophylactic salpingectomy in prevention of ovarian carcinoma.
