  • Descrição: It's studied the application of the enzymatic method to determining the D(+)-malic acid content in wines for low concentrations. The modification proposed is based on a previous addition of this isomer (50 ma/L). This method modified is applicable for concentrations of 0 to 70 mg/L, with validation parameters equivalents to the method described for concentrations upper 50 mg/L Il est etudiee l'application dela methode enzymatique pour doser l'acide D(+)-malique dans les vins pour des faibles concentrations. La modification proposee est basee dans l'adjonction prealable de 50 mg/I de cet isomere. La methode ainsi modifiee est applicable pour les concentrations de 0 a 70 mg/L, et equivalent a la methode deja decrite pour les concentrations superieures a 50 mg/L, en ce qui concerne les parametres de validation
