  • Descrição: The technique for processing dynamic spring lamination was improved based on analysis of the material deformation in the forming process and the work procedure of the die. A new scheme was proposed which includes pre-punch, deburring, 60 degree up-bending, 94 degree up-bending, 135 degree pre-stacking, stacking. The application can solve the traditional problem of unstable lamination and lots of scraps and the punch frequency achieves 500 times per minute.
