Descrição: The present article intend to contextualizate the presence and the participation of the Ministry or Foreign Affairs inside of the repressive display assembled by Military Regime between 1964 and 1985. Premised on the hypothesis that domestic issues such as the form of government affect foreign policy, we will try to analyze how was the Brazilian foreign policy in the repressive context, monitoring exiles outside the country as well as by logistical help in implementation of dictatorships in the rest of South America in the 1970s, especially their participation in the Southern Cone's repressive network, known as Operation Condor.
