  • Descrição: Bu arastırmada Akyurt ilçesi tarım işletmelerinde kuru şartlarda yapılan ekmeklik buğday üretim faaliyetinde kullanılan fiziki üretim girdilerinin miktarları ve birim üretim maliyetinin tespiti ile söz konusu faaliyetin fonksiyonel analizi amaçlanmıstır. Arastırma yöresini temsil edecek şekilde toplam 20 köyden 70 işletme, tesadüfi tabakalı örnekleme metodu ile belirlenmis ve bu isletmelerde 1994 üretim yılına ilişkin bilgiler, anket yoluyla temin edilmiştir. İncelenen işletmeler ortalamasında ekmeklik buğday üretiminin 2,54 saat insan işgücüne, 1,23 saat traktör çekigücüne talebinin bulunduğu ve 1 kg ekmeklik bugday maliyetinin 2.903,1 TL oldugu saptanmıştır. Cobb-Douglas tipi üretim fonksiyonu kullanılarak yapılan fonksiyonel analizde üretim miktarı ile girdiler arasında; $Y=2.32X_1^{0.16065} X_2^{0.20527} X_3^{0.16901} X_4^{-0.26709} X_5^{0.0516} X_6^{0.7134}$ fonksiyonu elde edilmiştir. Fonksiyona ait çoklu belirlilik katsayısı(R2) 0.998'dir. Üretim faktörlerine ait üretim elastikiyetleri toplamı $\Sigmab_i$ =1,0328'dir. The aim of this research is to determine the physical input requirements and production cost for the production of winter wheat and also to investigate input/output relationships on the farms of Akyurt district. The data used in this research were collected from 70 farms through a survey that were determined by stratified random sampling method from 20 villages in the year of 1994. It was found that for the average of farms, per decar 2,54 hours labour and 1, 23 hours tractor power were needed and 1kg of winter wheat production cost is 2.903, 1 TL's. In this research, the Cobb-Douglas type production function was used and for determining the relationship between production quantity and inputs, the function derived in this model is; $Y=2.32X_1^{0.16065} X_2^{0.20527} X_3^{0.16901} X_4^{-0.26709} X_5^{0.0516} X_6^{0.7134}$ . The detemination coefficient is R2=0,998. The sum of production elasticity is $\Sigmab_i$ =1,0328.
