  • Descrição: Objective To understand the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN)or non-DN during hemodialysis and explore whether there is a difference in the degree of fear of hypoglycemia and depression between DN and non-DN patients on hemodialysis. Methods A total of 138 hemodialysis patients admitted to the Hemodialysis Center of China-Japan Friendship Hospital were selected, 69 patients with DN and 69 patients with non-DN. The fear of hypoglycemia (FH-15) and the Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression (CES-D) were used to measure the patients' fear of hypoglycemia, depression, and the differences between the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of hypoglycemia and FH-15 scores in DN group were higher than those in non-DN group (P＜0. 05), and there was no difference in CES-D scores between the two groups (P>0. 05).
