  • Descripción: Until the early twentieth century, international relations affected issues such as war and peace, anarchy of the international system, foreign policy and military power. In such a condition, the prominent role of the cultural power of governments was neglected aspect of political studies. Hence, in recent decades with the emergence of new theories of international relations and the process of globalization, the issue of international politics became acute, and this has changed the nature of hard power. On the other hand, in order to have greater influence in global politics, the governments have tended to regional cooperation .In this case, the new regionalism caused changes in the nature of the international system
