Descrição: Archie Green's interest in and involvement with record reissues was an ongoing passion for more than four decades. (1) One of his first goals after the establishment of the John Edwards Memorial Foundation at UCLA was to push for an extensive and elaborate reissue program, which was only in part ever realized. This article is a brief history of one important reissue program by a major record company and Archie Green's involvement in it. Because he was a member of ARSC since its inception, and was its first Treasurer, this Journal seems an appropriate venue for the story.
