  • Descrição: In an effort to decrease surgical site infections, the Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses recommended in 2014 the use of specific headgear best fulfilled by bouffant and long-sleeve surgical jackets for all personnel in the restricted and semirestricted areas of the operating room.
