  • Descrição:   This case for education addresses the management of social clubs, involving the analysis of powers and skills of their managers describing the problem involving the society's behavioral change and the administration of a club inserted in the leisure and entertainment industry. Interviews were conducted with members and, in the end, was present State a list of proposals that can be adopted to restructure the club. The Case manages students to evaluate the proposals and develop strategies for the reestablishment of administrative and financial management focused on results and, innovated actions of leisure and entertainment for the club to become attractive to community being able to maintain and admit members. In order to assist students in identifying relevant aspects that contribute to decision making were ca-related characteristics club, perception of managers and associates regarding the importance of the club in social, cultural and sports associated family , factors that contribute to the club in the leisure and entertainment offering, strengths and weaknesses of the club in the opinion of associates and innovative proposals to attract members.
