Descrição: This paper discusses the establishment and improvement of the performance evaluation and supervision system of public investment projects in China, aiming at promoting the standardization, scientific and rationality of China’s public investment. We constructed a benign long-term mechanism which is deterrent to corrupt behavior in the field of public investment and also promotes economic growth, in order to improve the operational efficiency of public investment projects in China.
