  • Descrição: Effcient DSSCs that exploit near-IR spin-forbidden singlet-to-triplet direct transitions in a phosphine-coordinated Ru(II) sensitiser, DX1, were fabricated. A DSSC using DX1 generated a photocurrent density of 26.8 mA cm super(-2). A tandem-type DSSC employing both DX1 and the sensitiser N719 was shown to have a power conversion effciency of >12% under 35.5 mW cm super(-2) simulated sunlight.
