From the perspective of application, this paper expounds the application of computer big data-aided design in each stage of mechanical product design and the corresponding auxiliary tools. In this paper, CAD, CAM and MIS systems are integrated into the enterprise local area network so that enterprise clusters can share. This enables FMSs producing the same or similar family of parts to obtain production data directly from the integrated system. This paper presents a model of a computer-aided innovation design platform. As a computer-aided tool, the platform can perform a complete product innovation design process, including problem analysis, strategic solution, knowledge data support, and program management evaluation. This paper introduces the role of each functional module in product innovation design and the tools used. This paper develops the corresponding functional modules of the prototype system based on Java technology. The operation process of the system is illustrated by an example and its integrity and feasibility are verified.
