Descrição: Computer networks and their communications support no longer present major technical problems. Today, many organizations are planning major networks in a very matter-of-fact way; often, however, giving little or no consideration to non-technical issues during the design phase. When operational networks are being designed, full consideration must be given to the legal, economic, social, and management factors as well as those that are purely technical.
