Descrição: Technological developments in the area of communication and information in cyberspace, offers new and different possibilities for the future, but may represent an affront to the fundamental rights of privacy and protection of personal data. From this observation, analyzes the prospects Brazilian institution regulatory frameworks for the governance of cyberspace, in order to indicate how and to what extent such regulatory instruments are able to ensure the legal protection of the right to privacy and inviolability of personal data. The method used is the dialectical and monographic literature and technique.
