  • Descrição: Performance data collected in the "Charolais Breeding" project at the EMBRAPA station at Sao Carlos, São Paulo, Brazil, from 1937 through 1976 were used to study the
    effects of genetic and environmental factors on body weights and growth rates in Cahrolais cattle. The results were reported for 1274 observations in
    the birth to weaning data, and 488 and 551 observations in the bull and heifer postnatal (birth to 24 months of age) data, respectively. Growth characters considered in this
